CAREER OPPORTUNITY AS RMG FIELD OFFICER/COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Job Grade: Officer – Junior Executive Officer

Job Description:
Responsibilities for the position will include but not limited to:

  • To check compliance requirement of Local and International Regulatory as well as semi/quasi regulatory authorities/bodies including requirement of Buyers of Garments Factory. 
  • To keep records of machineries/equipment’s, production capacity, worker status, capacity utilization and such relating to smooth running of the factory and execution of business contracts. 
  • To evaluate/analyze customer’s Export LC/Sale Contracts to assess raw material requirement, costing and expected profit margin, deal cycle and requirement of financial needs/ facilities.
  • To check and ensure receipt of Raw Materials at factory site as per commercial invoice/ Packing list and maintain utilization record thereof. 
  • To physically check inventory on regular basis and maintain Export LC/Sales Contract wise records of raw materials, work in process and finished goods as per given format. 
  • To monitor on the movement of raw materials, work in process and finished goods i.e. each and every phases of production against each Export LCs/ Sale Contracts for ensuring shipment within stipulated time.
  • To keep records/documents If the raw materials or work in process of the factory is required to be sent outside the factory for knitting, dyeing or other genuine purpose. Any deviation or non-return of raw materials or produces is to be reported to Branch and RMGD, Corporate Office immediately. 
  • To report immediately to the respective Branch and RMGD, Corporate Office, if there is any possibility or any other occurrence that may affect on time shipment or export failure (partially or fully), stock lot, late shipment etc.
  • To ensure preparation and submission of clean export documents by the customer in time and monitor repatriation of export proceeds as well as payment of accepted bills within maturity and adjustment of other related liabilities of the particular Export LC/Sales contract.
  • To maintain continuous liaison with the branch and RMGD, Corporate Office and keep themselves updated about the position/status of customer’s investments with the Bank and with other bank (if any).
  • To submit weekly/fortnightly reports as per prescribed format to Branch and RMGD, Corporate Office as directed. 
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by the Management of the Bank.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university with good academic record.

Experience Requirements:

  • The applicants should have at least 3 – 5 years of working experience with reputed garment industry handling merchandising/ compliance, good understanding of production process, production scheduling and other allied business activities.

Job Location: Will be deputed at any garments factory located anywhere in Bangladesh attached with Corporate Head Office/Branch.

Salary: Remuneration and job grade shall be offered to the deserving candidates commensurate with their experience, qualification and professional competence.

Job Title:  Administrator

Job Description:

Responsibilities for the position will include but not limited to:

  • Ensuring that operation of Foundation is carried out according to the objectives of the Foundation and managed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
  • To review, amend & update the Policy guidelines of SJIBL Foundation from time to time;
  • Perform all CSR activities of the bank within the regulatory framework as well as the instructions of the competent authority of the bank;
  • Conduct research, assist in idea generation and planning of various welfare activities, projects & programs for SJIBL Foundation;
  • To drive for effective & timely implementation of all projects/programs/activities taken under SJIBL Foundation;
  • Prepare annual budget & operating plan of the Foundation including annual CSR budget of the Bank, get that approved by the competent authority well-ahead and monitor the budgetary achievements in strict compliance;
  • To perform all relevant jobs for undertaking any large projects like setting-up Hospitals, Diagnostic Centre, Medical College, Educational Institutions, Vocational Institutes etc. under SJIBL Foundation;
  • Develop the database, analysis data, keep record and generate MIS pertaining to CSR and all other welfare activities & programs;
  • Prepare & execute necessary documentations for undertaking any CSR/other activities and furnish periodic statements to the bank management, regulatory authorities and concerned all others;
  • Organize & co-ordinate various events like scholarship awarding ceremony for meritorious but under-privileged students, relief distribution, free medical camp, games & sports etc. in timely & professional manner;
  • To look after overall administration & day to day management of SJIBL Foundation with strict compliances;
  • To perform any other jobs as assigned by the competent authority from time to time pertaining to CSR & other welfare activities in line with the goals & objectives of SJIBL Foundation.

Job Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge about different welfare & socio-cultural activities;
  • Strong passion for serving the community towards well-being;
  • Strategic thinker, innovative & demonstrated ability to take the challenges;
  • Good presentation, inter-personal & leadership skills;
  • Commendable verbal & written communication skills both in Bangla & English;
  • Good computer literacy and ability to work independently with PC using various programs/software;
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification: Post-graduate from a reputed university with good academic record.

Professional Experience: At least 12 years.

Age: Not exceeding 50 years.
